HOW DO I REGISTER?

Registering to buy products or to list and sell your products on our platform is free, simply click on the  icon and sign up inserting all the needed information.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

No. We do not at moment.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

We offer standard manufacturer defect warranty for 3 months. After the warranty period, we encourage our customers to still reach out to us, should they have any defect aside normal wear and tear as a result of years of usage. The essence is also to advise them on how to salvage their product rather than buy new ones.

DO YOU HAVE SHOWROOMS?

No, we are a marketplace company with various vendors listing their product for sale on our site. We don’t sell products offline.

HOW CAN I UPLOAD MY PRODUCTS?

Uploading your products is really easy and stress free, simply click on the add product button on your seller control panel and fill out ass many fields possible and there you go! Just like that.

IS THERE ANY RESTRICTION ON THE QUANTITY OF PRODUCTS I CAN UPLOAD?

There’s no limit on the products you can upload on our platform.

HOW WOULD I KNOW WHEN I HAVE AN ORDER?

You will be notified by an email triggered by orders placed for your products as soon as the order is placed. You can also choose other options of notifications in your settings or by contacting us.

CAN I ADD MY OWN SHIPPING RATE??

Yes you can. However, we kindly ask you to contact us for appropriate and applicable rates. Though our standard shipping rates applies when not indicated.
